The Perfect BossThere were about 70 scientists working on a very hectic project. Almost All of them were really frustrated and could not cope up with the demands of work due to the heavy pressure and the demands of their Boss. But each and everyone Scientist were also very loyal to him and never though of quitting the job inspite of such heavy workload and pressures.One day a Scientist went to his Boss and told him "Sir, I have promised my children that I will take them to the exhibition going on in our township , If you grant me permission I would like to leave the Office early at 5 30 pm".Permission was granted .The Scientist went back to work after seemingly a Few hours for him, He Suddenly looked at his watch , it was 8.30 PM. He was devastated, as He remembered the promise he had given to his children. How happy they would have felt when they heard from their Mother that Their father was taking them to an exhibition where they could enjoy to their Heart's content, He could see the Joy slipping away from their Faces.On the way from his work room, He looked inside His Boss's room, He was not there. He reached home in a Hurry, When He opened the Door, His Children were not there and His wife was alone sitting in the hall and reading some magazines. The situation was seemingly explosive, any talk would boomerang on him.His wife asked him "Would you like to have coffee or shall I straight away serve dinner if you are hungry.The man replied "If you would like to have coffee, I too will , but what about the Children, where are they ?"His Wife replied "You don't know ?, Your Boss came here at 5.15 PM and took your children to the exhibition, The Children were very happy. ",He was shocked, My Boss.. He had time for this.. So very busy always.. No time for me also...But His Boss was no ordinary person.. He had observed His Employee immersed in his work 5.00 P.M and showing no sign of leaving, He had remembered His Employee's Promise to His Children and fulfilled it for him.No boss does any work like this, But as I said he is no ordinary person..That is why all the Scientists at the Country's Top Secret Nuclear Facility in Thumba continued to work under their Boss even though the stress was tremendous and the work load very heavy. .THEIR BOSS WAS .. the PERFECT BOSS to all of them..SHRI.
