Its just 2 mints walk from ashram gate I have crought 3 lacks 20,000/- (one bed room flat). My builder is so good guy. I did not see any person that much good. So if you want to contact him (0 9440194286). Why i am saying he is good is........he wont see only the money, he will help people in all ways. His name is Sadhik Vali. Even though he is muslim, he is an devotee of baba. The cost of the flat, singlebedroom is 3,50,000 lakhs to 5 lakhs. which is in walkable distance. Probably by next month we will be approaching the builder who has already finished certain flats near the ashram with lift and other aminities. We are planning to buy only a small flat for 3.5 lakhs which itself is not affordable to us. As we are visiting frequently, we need our own flat for staying instead of staying in rent with old aged inlaws.
