Guest guest
Anger burns oneself and others as well. How can we take control over this? It was not possible to extinguish anger even for a sage like Durvasa so easily. Many wise men and saints have also fallen prey to this. Anger comes from ego. If even a trace of pride is left in anybody anger may erupt whenever the pride is hurt. If one sincerely wants to get rid of anger he should think of Baba at the very first moment of anger and pray, " O Baba put off my anger " . At that moment if the person who is causing anger is around then one should just walk out of that place and do not indulge in arguments. Baba had said, " When two people fight with each other, I hold him dearer who is more enduring " . This should be remembered consciously that, " Baba has said so, therefore, I will endure this anger " . One should always nourish this thought. By doing this one can gradually find control over anger. It will take time to master such a feeling.
