SAI RAM Dear Brothers and Sisters,

In this regard, sage Tiruvalluvar has written a couplet in his " THIRUKKURAL " which means that a wound caused by fire will heal in course of time, whereas a scar(ripples) created by a word of the tongue will not heal. The message of this 'Kural' is that our tongue should be kept under check and that we should be very careful in our verbal expressions in the sense we do not cause injury to anybody in our verbal communications. That the tongue is the source of all our miseries and sufferings is very well-known to all members. Hence I desist from further elaboration on this. The tongue has been given by God only for taking His name and not for inviting trouble for us.

om sai ram'He praises the devotee who has attained complete control over the tongue'--ya!!very true!!As physical injury one tend to forget with passage of time but the injury caused by words does shake the other wave of ours very badly.Words once spoken can not be retrived back and the damage which they do can not be repaired so it is very essential to think alot before we pass some adverse remarks on our other waves.
