I'm Arundhati Mitra from Calgary, Canada. I wish to offer prayers to BABA on the occasion of Vijaya Dashami, but more so, for saving my mother's life. Three weeks back, thursday morning at around 11.30 (mountain time), I got a call from my brother from Patna that my mother had collapsed & was being rushed to hospital. She was put in ICU & was diagnosed as having severe intestinal bleeding. She was put on blood transfusion but could not retain the blood, as the bleeding couldn't be arrested. She had to be shifted to another hospital in such a critical condition as this hospital did not have the necessary expertise to deal with her condition. At this time she had only 30% blood left in her body. There were no ICU beds available at this hospital, so she was put in a room next to ICU, with all medical equipments as the ICU.The doctors told my brother to make arrangements for blood donors as the stored blood from blood bank was not that effective. My brother was frantically looking for donors & expressed doubt as to how he would be able to find donors so quickly. We thought that her end is near,my brother was crying & told me we have to accept what BABA wishes. Within a short time, there were 7 donors ready to give blood to my mother (what is this , if not a miracle). Her blood count improved enough for her to go through the surgical procedure of cauterisation of her rupture. Within 24 hours her condition improved dramatically. MY mother told me that her room had a window which overlooked the street leading to the hospital building. In her fully conscious state, she saw BABA walking towards the hospital building, with HIS satka in HIS hands.( What can you say, other than having tears in your eyes!) On Friday, when my mother's state was critical, I was in a very disturbed frame of mind, I needed to open my e-mail for some important personal work. There someone had sent me a utube website address to view the kakkad arati at shirdi. I was supposed to check one important e-mail & close my computer. Suddenly, I chanced to open this particular mail amongst so many oher mails, I thought, let's see what's in this link. BABA's kakkad arati was going on. After some seconds this is what I saw:BABA'S WHITE MARBLE STATUE WAS NO LONGER WHITE, THE COLOUR WAS LIKE HUMAN SKIN. THE EYEBALLS STARTED MOVING. I told myself, I do not believe this, maybe its an illusion. Then I told myself, I shall only believe this if I can see the eyelids closing & then opening. After a little while, the camera provided a close side view & I saw with my eyes wide open BABA'S EYELIDS CLOSE AND OPEN. I had goosebumps at that time, I was lost to the outside world. BABA, please accept my humble devotion. I can give you nothing - I do not have anything of value to give YOU in return for how YOU stood by us during such trying times. What can I say about the miracles that we got to see with open eyes. MAY my mind ALWAYS be at YOUR FEET!! I will be reciting the Amrit Vani & read the Satcharitra on Dussehra day.I wish you a very HAPPY VIJAYA DASHAMI DAY & my regards to you.Arundhati MItra. Get your information fix on your phone.
