Swami always says that the Three Pillars of Bhagawan's Institutions are Dedication, Devotion and Discipline. Swami's Love for His Students and Staff Translates into every person in Bhagawan's Institution following the Three D's of Swami. Every Person visiting Prasanthi Nilayam for Swami's Darshan is touched in everyway by Swami's Love for His Students and How the Boys follow Swami's teachings. A wonderful Incident that Happened a long time back and told to me by A Dear Sai Brother in Prasanthi Nilayam. An old Student of average grades was asked by Swami to join the Institute as a Staff member after his Post Graduation, the person was a very bad speaker who did not even take part in seminars in classes. A few days after he joined, Swami asked him in front of everyone in the mandir portico to take charge of a very weak student, Everyone was very surprised and taken aback as he was a new lecturer and the Student was very weak,

For the next 20 days Swami used to talk to them each and everyday, Swami spoke to them everyday about their Studies and called the Warden and asked about both of them, everyone present there even now speak about those great moments when Swami would speak lovingly to both of them. The Result the Boy Praveen passed out with an A Grade after having secured 35% in his School. This is how Swami transforms people from nobody to people who gain respect from everyone. That is Swami's Grace and Love towards his People. Discipine in Daily Life, Devotion towards parents and Swami, and Dedication to ones work makes an Ideal Person. Om Sai Ram
