Guest guest
AUM SAI RAM In His Divine Discourse at the closure of the World Youth Conference Bhagawan Baba re-interated to the thousands gathered at His Lotus Feet in the Sai Kulwant Hall:- "If you find some time, think immediately of Me. If you follow My teachings, you will experience Me. Devotion does not mean simply repeating My name. Devotion means unwavering and steady Love for God. Pray from the heart! There is nothing beyond God!" A few decades ago, Sri Baba had also said: - "Call! I will manifest!" Hence, sometime back, whilst doing cleaning seva at our centre, I noticed that the two cushions which had been placed one in front of Sri Baba's armchair and on which He rests His Lotus Feet and one, on the arm chair itself to rest His back were distorted and hard; they were big, square cushions which had been forcibly put into small, oblong covers. I looked at the cushions sadly and wondered whether the soft lotus feet and the delicate back were not painful after each and every kirtan and activity. I asked one devotee to buy two new cushions and bring for Guru Purnima but she did not; I thought of bringing two cushions myself; I forgot. Finally, on Monday last, after Mahila Kirtans, I told My Dear Beloved:- "Don't say that all devotees are good! They are not! How come nobody is bothered about your comfort? What is Love when one does not care?" Exactly three days after, as we sat for mixed kirtans on Thursday, a total stranger arrived with two gorgeous square cushions in their cover, colour cream with red and green floral designs and placed them in front of me, on a table where we place all our prasad for blessings before distribution to devotees. Bhagawan Baba had manifested Himself! That was His Leela; that was His Love. One must never doubt or question what He says. I, immediately after kirtans, picked up the two woolly and soft cushions, held them to my heart, climbed the podium and replaced the old cushions.Jaya Sai Ram!
