Guest guest
Light and Love Enjoy the wonderful article below I chant when I bowl by S Sreesanth, "The Times of India."Spirituality My day starts with the chanting of Gayatri Mantra and Om Namah Shivay. I chant them every time I bowl. I feel nobody can be against me when God is within me. That gives me the strength and courage to go on. I take life easy, not questioning every time the going gets tough. Since I don’t question when the going’s good, why should I when things do not go my way? At the cost of sounding archaic, I’d still say that whatever happens, happens for the best. A saying I firmly believe in is: Kyon dare zindagi mein kya hoga, kuch na hoga to tajurba to hoga (What is the point in being apprehensive of what will happen? If nothing, you will be richer by experience.) All my blessings are thanks to the Almighty. Right from my supportive parents to my friends, I can’t thank Him enough. My faith in Sai Baba is firm and I derive my confidence from Him. When I do anything I later feel was wrong, I always apologise and pray for forgiveness. Cynics might snigger at this unquestioning surrender to a higher power, but I say when you can have so much faith in something or someone you cannot see, think of how much more confidence you get when you see yourself in the mirror... I believe that everything is okay at the end. If it is not okay, it is not the end. Guest guest
Aum Sai Ram..and a good morning to you This is very inspirational on what you have written here. I find that I have changed in some of my ways aswell giving the times that we are living in..i pray and tell Swami that I am just going to live and when things go wrong I just smile it away..there is nothing that we can do about what has happened. I feel that the more we do our sadhana and the more faith we have in Swami by just leaving things at HIS feet we can find ourselves more in BLISS..as that is what we should strive for.. I believe that yes you will get people who criticize, but I live my life by saying what I read what Swami said..”you will receive a lot of remarks from a lot of people, but that will make you stronger”..and everytime I say those things to myself I find myself not getting angry or upset at the remarks, but I find myself at ease and knowing that Swami is with me Challenging me on my actions.
