No doubt, that the advance in science and technology the world over has contributed to the betterment of living beings on the earth but simultaneously it has its negative edges. When Eienstain has found out the theory of relativity, he might not have thought that his invention will be used negatively by leaders of many countries for annhilation of people of countries who are opposed to their policies. Noble has invented "Dynamite". Now it is used mostly for destructive purposes than for constructive one. Hence any invention is like a double edged knife. It can be used for a variety of purposes. A surgeon can use it to cure a patient. A murderer will use it to eleminate some body. Is it the fault of the knife? No, It depends on the people who use it. Likewise all technology should only be used for the welfare of the society and not for the destruction. Mobile communcation and internet serves the misguided people more than positive users. Hence let us be vigilant about the wrong use of technological inventions. These things should serve the society for the upliftment of poor and downtrodden. Sairam.
