Guest guest
Swami is the Eternal witness, seated in the Heart of all beings.Swami says He is "Sarva sakshi bhutam". In a way 'sakshi' is a mere witness and do not act in any situation either for or against any. He is witness to all our actions, all our thoughts and all our feelings. Hence, He is absolutely unaffected. He wants all of us to follow Him and to remain as a mere witness to the events that happens around us as well as inside us in the mental realm. When we witness a mentally deranged person, we say that he is 'mental'. But in a way, we are all 'mentals' as long as we follow the monkey mind which is mad and intoxicated. What to talk about this body. To day one is hale and healthy. The next day he may be hospitalised and the third day he may pass away. Yes, our body is a mere bubble which may burst at any time. Swami says that the moment one is born, the journey to death has commenced. Our heart beat is the drum beat to the path towards the 'smasan ghat or burial ground. Who can escape death? Swami has once said, "though i am an Avatar, one day i have to shed this body, you call as Swami or Baba. It is inevitable part of creation. Dissolution follows creation. Creation, sustenance and destruction are allotted to Trimurthis who are in fact ONE. All Avatars we heard about, have departed to their abode after the completion of Avataric task like Shri Rama who vanished after touching River Sarayu. Shri Krishna left his mortal body when an hunter mistakenly shot the feet from a distance. Shirdi Baba cast his mortal coil, giving nine coins to Laxmi bai. Hence, we should realise the ephemeral nature of the physical vesture and evanescent mind. Sairam.
