Guest guest
We mortals go through the phase of Joy and sorrow. When we sail through pleasant time, we feel as though we are in heaven. Beware, in the heel of the joy, sorrow is awaiting to pounce on us. Hence, we should neither exult nor feel sorry when we undergo joy and sorrow. They are the inevitable pairs of opposites like day and night, summer and winter, and poverty and prosperity. None is destained to suffer for ever nor one is allowed to remain in joy continuously. Our life is just like a coin when we have to accept willynilly both sides of the coin. There is no coin in this world which is of one side. Our life gets meaning when we undergo alternate phases of pain and pleasure. Hence, Swami always emphasise, "Pleasure is the interval between two pains". Sairam.
