In each Yuga, there are many Avatars of God. Human mind is so coarse, that it relapse back after some period. Hence, the supreme being has to incarnate every time when the practice of Dharma declines. It is the so called 'freedom granted to human'. Man relies upon his monkey mind instead of "intellect or Buddhi". Hence he is easily entyced by the mind enslaved to the senses. The freedom granted to human beings makes the drama of life interesting. Otherwise if everything is fashioned as a 'Robo', there won't be any charm in creation. In a foot ball game, two sides of players compete with each other to put goal on the other side.But there are prescribed rules regarding hitting the ball, boundaries, offside, penalty corner etc. If the game is designed to 'preconceived' moves, there won't be any charm in the game of life.
