Guest guest
Shri Ramana Maharishi taught a method to the seekers of the "Self". But, all can not grasp such high wisdom. Only those who have evolved to such levels can appreciate the teachings of Ramana. When some seekers enquired him about the way to "Self Realisation", he simply quipped, "What is there to achieve? You are already the "Self". Only the false notion that you are yet to realise, has to be discarded. These teachings can be grasped only after routing out the 'ego' and selfishness. Remaining immersed in desires for the worldly gains, we can not progress in the path set out by such great souls. Hence, it is enough if we start chanting the names of Divine. This is the easiest path. A small lamp held in the hand is enough to cross the deep jungle since alongwith our movement, lamp also will illuminate our path a little ahead. Likewise a small boat is enough to cross the ocean if we know the art of navigation. Jnana and Advaita marga are tougher than namasmarana. Sairam.
