Guest guest
We may be doing some works or remain idle physically. But the mind never rests a moment. It prattle always and there is a never ending dialogue that goes on in the mind. Rarely we find the mind that keeps quiet. We are unaware of the source of thoughts. But the first thought that arises in an individual is always the 'i' thought. Without the 'i' thought, no other thought can arise. In fact the 'i' thought is the ego principle that is rooted in the 'body conscious' alone. The individual "Jeevi" falsely assume the body identity and hence it feels as a separate 'i'. Hence it feels miserable. But the fact is that there is NO connection between the body and Jeevi. The body is just like a boat to cross the ocean of 'samsar'. The Jeevi needs a vehicle to realise its own identity. In fact, the Jeevi is ONE with the Paramatma. Hence in the Upanishads it is written that there are two birds in a tree. One bird is simply watching and the other bird is tasting the bitter and sweet fruits on the tree. In fact, there is no difference between both the birds. But realisation must come with actual experience of this eternal Truth. Sairam.
