Guest guest
Properties are not proper ties, said Baba. Yes, these ties immerse us deep in the samsar or worldly life. Our ties are tightened and we have to exert extra effort to dislodge us from these bonds. Only a fool will construct a house over a bridge. Bridge is meant for conveying people, vehicle and goods to the other bank safely. Constructing a house means, that our travel to the other bank is stopped completly. We feel we are secure, permanant in the temporary abode. The body itself is a temporary abode for the soul. The body is like a boat to travel to the other side. It is like a horse meant for travel across. It is not a permanant abode. One day or other, it will decay and fall. If the purpose of our life on earth is not served in this body, we will have to enter a new body. Do you really feel elated at the prospect of entering the ephemeral existence once more. Ponder deeply and hold on to the Divine Lotus feet of Bagawan. Sairam.
