Guest guest
Drama in Kulwanth Hall - Veera Anjaneyam A Wonderful Drama about Sri Anjaneya or Lord Hanumantha was enacted by the Students in front of Our Divine Lord in the Evening in Sai Kulwant Hall . The Wonderful Drama showed some Wonderful Scenes from the Ramayana and focussed on the Devotion of Lord Hanuman to Lord Rama. It wonderfully showed as to How Sri Tulsi Das was guided in writing the Ramayana was Sage who also explained to him the Great Meaning of Sundara Kanda. The Beautiful Drama ended with all the Students in the Drama singing a Beautiful Song as an Offering at Swami's Lotus Feet. The Programme was beautifully Concieved and Enacted by over 30 Students. The Dialogue of the Whole Drama was in English but the Wonderful Poems were in Telugu. To the Delight of everyone Swami stood and took Photograhers with all the performers of the Drama. Swami also Blessed each and every Student who had worked behind the Scenes in setting up the Drama. Bhagawan then Blessed the Divine Prasadam which was given to all the devotees Presentt Hall. After the Mangala Aarathi Swami left for Yajur Mandiram in the Mobile Chair. Om Sai Ram
Guest guest
Dear Sai Brother Mr. Mahadevan: The enactment of the Drama was really superb and everyone must have been thrilled seeing it. But it is as far as the visual impact of the drama was concerned. However, if I am allowed most candidly to express a personal feeling it was in sharp contrast to another scene which was enacted. While Hanuman was plucking and throwing every gem of the Necklace of Seeta not being able to hear the Divine Name of Lord Rama, most of the Devotees of were also very restless and unhappy not being allowed to have Divine Darshans of Bhagwan Baba which they are used to in the case of any other Plays enacted before Bhagwan because of the placement of HIS Seat. Most of the devotees missed HIS two hours Darshans. The two flood lights right in front of the devotees further diminihed the chances of having Bhagwan's Darshans. The other thing which I think could have been enacted differently was not to show Ravana being seated high up on his throne while Our Bhagwan Baba's Throne so down below and invisible to most of the devotees. I am sure a more effective and suitable seating arrangement could have been devised if this idea had come in the mind of Sai Brothers. S.B.
