Guest guest
Mind is no doubt fickle like a monkey, that too in an inebriated stage. If a scorpien strung the monkey, then what would be its reactions. Yes, we all possess such an 'anthakarana'. If wisely trained, it will lead you to salvation, and in that process, loosing its own identity. It is like a stick in the burial ground, which is used to kindle the fires of burning pyre. Ultimately the stick too is consumed in the fire. It comes in the middle and leave us once we attain the 'moha kshaya'(annihilation of all desires and ambitions). Hence Swami has said, "Moha kshaya is Moksha". By feeding the senses, we can never quell the mind. By abstaining from sensual quests we can definitely relinquish the sense of 'mine' and 'i' and annhilate the mind principle. Sairam.
