Guest guest
The Lord is depicted in the Upanishad as "Sathyam Sivam Sundaram". How Shri Kasturi, happened to choose this title for the biography of Swami is still a mystry. After selecting the title, Shri Kasthuri happened to open a book containing Vivekananda's messages. On the top he found, the same title Sathyam Sivam Sundaram explained by Vivekananda. Hence he was happy that the appropriate title was prompted in his conscious by none other than Swami. The rough meaning is "Truth, Auspiciousness, Beauty". Of course Swami is personification of all these and many more, though He is attributeless. Now we have "Sathyam", a beautiful edifice, Dharmakshetra(Mumbai) as a centre for Swami's activities. There is "Shivam", a replica of "Shivalinga" constructed in Hyderabad for Seva activities. Finally, it is Sundaram, which is really an architectural beauty situated in Chennai, being the headquarters for Tamilnadu Sathya Sai Seva Samithi activities. Swami blessed the venue during the "Athirudra Mahayagna" conducted in Chennai during January 2007. The Shiva linga proptiated during the Yagna is now installed as "Saisundareswara" at the place of podium where Swami used to give Dharsans. May Swami bless one and all with Peace and Love. Sairam.
