Guest guest
Swami has said, that the "Divine" use us as an instrument. When we realise that we are mere instruments in the hands of Divine, we will remain humble and egoless. But we presume falsely that we are planning, executing and enjoying(suffering). Our false attachment to this evanescent body and ephemeral mind makes us to assume like that. What are the joys that is enjoyed by the sense organs? Do they remain ever? A small example. We eat mouthwatering delicious sweets of superior quality. How much we can relish? We may eat one or two pieces. If you are offered a third helping, you would politely refuse. Rather you would desire for hot dishes with chillies and salt. In the same manner, God never gives you unadulterated joy in this world. It would defeat the very purpose of creation. We are here in this world not for enjoyment or enrichment. It is for enlightenment. We have forgotton our real identity and hence wandering from birth to death in this miserable existence. When a new born baby do not cry, the Doctor hold it upside down, and give a gentle tap in the back. Any obstruction in its breathing passage get cleared thus. The child starts crying. Can we say that the Doctor is cruel and hence he treats the new born child thus. No, out of duty conscious only he does like that. God too treats us in the like manner when we are too much engrossed in the world. Hence, do not react vehmentally. Out of His love, He acts thus. Hence allow him to treat you in whichever manner He wants. Sairam.
