In fact, the "Gita" is for the entire mankind. It is incidental that Shri Arjuna received those immortal teachings from the lips of Shri Krishna. Even after a passage of more than 5000 years, still it is chanted by many people for their spiritual upliftment. It contains gems of wisdom from the lips of Lord. No human intellect can conceive such sublime truths as expounded by Shri Krishna. Hence take any one sloka which appeals to you, and assimilate it in your conscious and follow that wisdom in your actual life. It is enough if one match stick is scratched to the surface of match box to induce fire. Likewise, one stanza of Gita is more than enough for your life. Sairam.
