We do not know, how many births we had. We are not aware of the parents of previous births, children and wife. It is Divine grace which prevents us from knowing our past connections. Even in this birth itself, we are not able to bear the burden of family responsibilities and worries. If we come to know the connections of previous births, we will land in mental asylum. The turmoils of the day time is forgotton in deep sleep in the night. This is another blessing of the Divine. Also our mind is capable of remembering one item at a time. Hence, in this manner also we are prevented from constant worries. Hence whenever any negative thought enter into our mind, immediately divert the mind to some positive thoughts. But be practicing. In due course you can transcend the negativities of the mind. Sairam.
