Guest guest
If we contemplate deeply, it would be clear that all the events that happened, have happened in the "present" moment only. Nothing has ever happened in the 'past' or nothing will ever happen in the 'future'. All events are with reference to the 'present moment' only. Hence we can safely assume that the past or future is a mere imagination of the worried mentality. Hence if you are serious about removing the worry, the perfect practice is to remain always in the "present moment", just like a water tight compartment. Hence Swami also has mentioned that the "present is omnipresent'. Sairam.
