Guest guest
We feel that we plan, execute and achieve the results. Neither of these concepts is correct. It is the ego which makes us to claim the doer ship and enjoyer ship. If we believe in the Advaita tatwa, we can infer that not even an atom moves without the Divine Will. In this context, a devotee asked Ramana Maharishi, whether all the things we do in the mundane plane, even to lift a hand fan from the ground, and by moving it to get air constitute Divine Will? Shri Ramana emphathetically told the devotee, "Yes". But out of ignorance, we start arguing and discussing about free will etc. Logically also, only the one who is free possess free will. All the individuals are bound in one way or other. How they can claim that they are free to act. Many seers and saints have sung many couplets on the Lord depicting Him as the sole door. Unless He manipulates, how can we act. It is He who makes us to speak and act in whichever way He deems it fit. Hence let us not boast that we have done this or we have done that. It is the Divine which creates the universe, sustains it and annihilate it. Sairam.
