Guest guest
A joyfull attitude is a must for spiritual aspirants. But we find the opposite in reality. We exhibit long faces, wear no smile and it represents that we are in serious mood. With so much seriousness, how can you aim for "Ananda". God is beauty, God is Bliss. Then what should be our attitude. We must cultivate the habit of remaining optimistic in life and always exhibit a joyful attitude. Smile won't cost you a penny. Be smiling whenever you meet somebody. It should not be a deceiving smile. The joy of the heart should exhibit in the face as a smile. The joy can come when you accept all events as god's gift and never anticipate or desire for anything. Sairam.
