Guest guest
When others finds fault with you, do not retaliate. When you are able to maintain inner poise, even when there is outright criticism about your actions, that is a best sadhana. No resistance from your inner realm. Just witness it as a show. Only the body can be found fault. The body is going to perish one day. When others shout at you, it passes unless you are receptive. Hence remain centred in your own self observing the world and its sceneries as a passing show. Nothing will stick. You have seen the sky. Many jet planes cruise through the sky. Many bombs are hurled. Thunderstorm happen. But the sky remain absolutely unaffected. We should also maintain our inner calm in a like fashion. Thoughts will subside if you simply observe it. But you have to practice it. Always there will be arguements that take place inside our mind. We may keep quiet but our mind constantly brags. If you simply watch the dialogue without any interest, it will fade away as it came. But practice it. It will tame itself. Be a mute witness, a silent witness. No reactions whatsoever. Sairam.
