Many view Swami as a "miracle man" and thus they loose the great opportunity god himself present. They view the outer but forget the inner. Some people visit Prasanthi Nilayam as a tourist spot just like the various temples. The effect they get equals to visiting a tourist spot or a famous temple. They appreciate the beauty of the surroundings, the architectural marvels of Sai institutions, Spiritual Museum etc but fail to recognise the fortune they miss once they leave Prasanthi Nilayam. Many do not get even the opportunity to visit the Nilayam. Swami himself has said, that out of billions of population, a few get the opportunity to visit the Nilayam. Without His will, nobody can reach the precincts of the Nilayam even casually. Yes, it is the result of meritorious deeds of several births, one gets the chance to hear about Bagawan, and get a desire to visit Prasanthi Nilayam. Swami, during one of his discourses has said, that a diver reaches the depth of the ocean to collect pearl shells. Once collecting them, would He relinquish the same in the same sea? With how much effort, he has reached the sea bed? He should be utter foolish to let go the pearls from his possession. Likewise, we gathered the precious gem Swami. If we cast the gem from our hold, how much unfortunate will be our position. Hence having gathered the precious gem Swami, we should safeguard it in our Heart. Sairam.
