Many of us have heard Swami. We have read his bountiful discourses which are really buffet to one and all. We may choose any point which strike a cord in our heart. There is synchronisation of Swami's discourses with the intuition of our intellect. When we get confirmation of our views, we naturally follow them in practice. When our mind plunge us in confusion, we try to extricate ourselves from the thought process. We intuitively feel, that if we just watch the thought process, it doesn't create much havoc. With confidence, we try to practice this. When we sufficiently progress in remaining as a mute witness to the thought process and not to identify ourselves with the thoughts, we find that a sublime peace envelops us. With persistent practice, we make it as a habit to witness or just observe the thoughts without doing anything about it. Here we must take a precaution. Even internally we should not react to the thoughts. We can definitely remain aloof from the thought process and it helps a lot in diverting our attention from mundane things to inner realm. When we enable our mind to become sufficiently silent, the voice of the Divine is heard in our "Conscience". Secondly, this process enable us to stay in the "Present Moment always".This is a highest sadhana to say. Swami wants us to focus on the "Present which is nothing but Omnipresent" Sairam.
