Guest guest
As a child, some of us might have played trade, an indoor game with paper currencies and a board containing names of suburbs, properties, commercial complexes, rentals and lease etc all ingredients of Real Estate Business. If you watch the game played by the youngsters, you will wonder at the deep involvement of the players. Even the paper currencies are enough to create a passion to the board game. Now coming to real life, we are no better than those children playing and trading illusory properties with paper currencies. If what we hoard to day is akin to the game, an illusory satisfaction to the mind. The game children play may last for few hours with some gaining, some losing and some becoming pauper. Our game of life last a few years so to say. Do we enjoy the properties for ever? No. Sometime we are forced to abandon our right over the properties due to litigation, due to make overs in the name of our sons and daughter. Sometime the lending banks may acquire the right over the property due to non payment of dues to the banks and in the process the bank may auction the property to recover the dues. Hence there is no real difference between the children's game of trade and our dealings in this world. Sairam.
