If only we are aware of the time that elapsed from the moment we incarnated in this world, we will be sorry to note that we have wasted many births without contemplating on Divine. We were deeply engrossed in the mundane pleasures for several births. But at some point of time, we would have developed disgust with the earthly pleasures and turned a little away from this illusory pleasures. At the appropriate time, god too arranges a preceptor for us, and arranges a chance meeting. When the appropriate teacher arrives, we too take intrest in his teaching and slowly contemplate on spiritual truths. But progress is not assured immediately. It is like kintergarden class for us. It takes many more births untill we assimilate the truths in our heart and start adopting them in our life. Hence have patience and faith. This will enable us to reach the goal. Sairam.
