Best route is train to bangalore followed by bus to

Prashanthi. There is also train to Prashanthi that

" connects " with Brindavan exp.

 

Please also check there may be direct bus also from

Chennai.

sairam as far as train journey is conserned there is no direct train

from chennai but there are trains from bangarapet junction to

dharmavaram junction from dharmavaram junction it takes 30 min to

reach puttaparthi trains from bangara junction to dharmavaram are as

follows

take bus from chennai. It comes direct to Prasanthi nilayam in 12

hours. If your get into the bus at Chennai at 7 in the evening, next

day morning, you are in Prasanthi nilayam

Sairam, Prasanthinilayam can be reached by Bus from CMBT(Cennai

Metro Bus Terminus at Koyambedu. I think that a bus starts around 7

pm . You may book the ticket in advance in the APRSTC (Andhra

counter) at CMBT, 12 hours journey period. you may reach Prasanthi

nilayam around 7am. The cost may be 270 or like that. This is a

delux service with push back seats. There is one more service. That

is not a delux bus. Fixed seats. It may cost a little less. sairam.
