Guest guest
Many argue that the impressions we gather through the sensory perceptions is real.Yes, it is seemingly real but not realy real. You may question them about their dream experiences, and how long it lasts! None will deny the logic that the seemingly real dream world is the imagination of the mind and nothing else. This realisation dawns once we wake up from the slumber and sleep. Identical is our waking stage. The moment we wake upto the reality of the SELF or ATMA, we will understand practically that the waking stage is no more true.In deep sleep, the mind merges with the Atma or Self and it is in a blissful state but ignorant. Once we wake up, we assert we had a blissful sleep sans dreams. Though almost everyday we undergo the above experience, none is serious enough to investigate the truth. Hence saints and sages imparted the wisdom to the true seekers. Shri Ramana Maharishi clarified the doubts of many in this aspect. Sairam.
