Guest guest
The ignorance that hides the reality is akin to a cataract that develop in the eye. It is also like the ash and cinder covering the fire, the hyacinth creeper that hide the surface of water. Once we remove the cataract by surgery, the vision is restored. Likewise the ash covering the fire is removed by blowing over the fire. The hyacinth can be uprooted from the waterbody so that the water surface become visible. Hence all the scriptures show us the way to extricate ourselves from this miserable existence. We believe that we are the body mind complex and we believe the experiences we get during our interaction with the world. Both are illusion. When we go therough various experiences during waking stage and the same do not hold good during dream stage. In deep sleep stage, the mind is absent and we derive unsullied ananda. But the ananda can be recollected only when we wake up from the sleep. Hence none of the experience is real. The "I" which is common to the waking, dreaming and deep sleep stage alone is REAL.
