Guest guest
In several discourses, Swami has spelt out certain truths about the sadhana we are at present engaged in. Some do Japa, Dhyana or meditation. Some do elaborate rituals like worship of deities as laid down in sastras, we read spiritual literature, we listen to sankeertan etc. We participate in Bhajan, Nagarasankeertan etc. All these are good activities but do not constitute real sadhana. Then what is real sadhana? Relinquishing the bad in us and absorbing the good is the real sadhana. As long as our mind is impure, we can not progress. Hence first purify the mind. Automatically goodness will enter into us. Sairam.
