Guest guest
If the concept of One alone is imbibed in, there won't be any more sorrows to suffer, any more pseudo joys to jump. You will be immersed in the supreme peace. No more thoughts about the existence of seperate individuality etc., In Sai Satcharitha it is written, "If all subsist in Atma and All are embodiments of the same Atma, we will not be bothered by the human weaknesses any more". Till we practically realise the truth, wanderings of the mind is inevitable. But even if the mind wanders, if we just observe them as scenes in a cinema show, detached from it without any least reactions to the scenes, we will be able to enjoy thought free instances. It is slowing down of the thought process. Somebody asked Shri Ramana Maharishi, whether good thoughts can be fostered? To this Shri Ramana has replied, "All thoughts are distractions whether you label it as good or bad. It is akin to throwing stones in placid lake surface. All stones invariably causes ripples. Hence our aim should be to achieve a 'zero thought stage'. Till that time we may witness all thoughts emanating inside our mind with a detached outlook. Really, Man-mind=God. Hence the aim should be to anhilate the mind and hence the thought process. Sairam.
