Guest guest
It is said "Mano moolam Idam Jagath"( Mind is the root for creation and cosmos). Sans the mind, we will not perceive anything. Hence in philosophy and scriptures, it is mentioned that "Man will realise Himself once he relinquish his mind principle. Mind projects the world and its content to us. It is just like a mirror effect. So long as there is a mirror in front of us, we will see the reflection of our body in the mirror. Remove the mirror, there won't be any reflection. You will remain as you are. Hence in spirituality the equation is 3-1=1(there was your body, the mirror and the reflection, by removing the mirror, you only remain). In deep meditation, there won't be a meditator, the process of meditation, and the one on whom we meditate. All collasce into one. Likewise through the mind we visualise the individual, the world and god whereas in Reality there is ONE only. This is Advaita. Sairam.
