Guest guest
Pearls abound in the bottom of sea bed. We can not expect them to float on the surface. Any one who is intent gathering such priceless pearls must dive deep. Identical is the case of spiritual wisdom. We must dive within ourselves to know the origin where spiritual pearls are abounding. Hence Swami says, "In the silence of the Heart(spiritual), the voice of God can be heard. With pure meditations, Rishis of yore gathered the sanctified sounds of "Veda". That is "Sabdha Brahman". The primeaval sound is "Omkara" from which everything emanates. Hence the entire spiritual wisdom sprout from the Cosmic self. For the benefit of humanity, sages like "Bagawan Vyasa" codified such knowledge as four Vedas. In our present age of "Kaliyug", only a few gifted pundits and Sastris know their correct rendering with proper sounds. However in Prasanthi Nilayam, it has become almost a daily routine to recite the Vedas in the presence of Swami and all those who gather for the Dharsan of Baba enjoy the sweet melodius sounds of 'Veda Parayana" and acquire such benefits as enshrined in the Veda itself. Hence if we are not able to recite them properly, atleast hear them from those who are well wersed. Sairam.
