Guest guest
Sitting in the Dwaraka Mai and silently gazing at the fire, He wards of all dangers that befalls his devotees every moment. But what about the case of the blacksmith's wife, who rushed to her husband without noticing her child that has fallen into the fire in a distant village. And Baba thrusts his own hand in the fire at Shirdi to rescue the child fallen in the fire in a distant place. Definitely, the blacksmith's wife would not have thought of Baba(may be she might not have heard about Baba even). Of course Baba's hand might have been burnt by the raging fire at the mosque. Baba was not even conscious of his action. Only a few devotees who were present at that time in the mosque immediately rushed to Him and dragged him from the fire. The hand has been burnt. But Baba was happy that he was able to save the child from the fire. This is how reacts. No body called his name or help. Still his outstretched hands protect all be they are known devotees or not for He is compassion incarnate. Sairam.
