When Swami was young, Raja Reddy, a young man of a wealthy family, decided to serve Swami and for many number of years, he was attending Swami's needs. He was so devoted to his task and whoever noticed him during those period would like to emulate the humble mein of Raja Reddy. Once Raja Reddy was lying in the verandah of first floor of Pransanthi Nilayam. Swami was resting inside the room. Suddenly Raja Reddy woke up and silently went near the door of Sai's room. He was watching silently a profound happening inside Swami's room. Many angels and Devas were taking Dharsan of the Divine, when Swami was lying in his bed. There was fire glowing in seven places around Swami's bed. Horrified at the sight, Raja Reddy returned to rest in the Verandah. The next morning he was mentioning about the scene to Swami and asked him "What are those seven fires around Baba's bed. Swami told him the truth. They are the 'Saptha Rishis' taking Dharsan of Swami and offering their pranams to Him. Only because of Swami's intervention, Raja Reddy was alive on that day otherwise Swami told him that he would have perished at the very same moment, he witnessed the Fire. Now we all can gauge the greatness of Swami. Is it not our fortune that we are all contemporaries of Swami, the great Avatar of Kali age. Utilise this grand opportunity. Sairam.
