Miracles of Swami

Swami considers his so called miracles as a 'mosquito on the back of an elephant'. Compared to Swami's mission, miracles are nothing. But they too have a purpose. They are the calling cards for those who still do not develop sufficient faith in the Divine. Of course we all in the begining stages, are attracted to Swami, after hearing about his Divine Leelas when he was Bala Sai. Of course, miracles do happen in most house holds throughout the world, to show His Omnipresence even today. But all the miracles are never reported or published. Our Kasthuri was fond of witnessing the miracles(bala leelas) of Sai more often. Swami used to tease him often for his attachment to miracles. Once Baba asked Kasthuri to dress neatly and do some make up since there would be a photo season shortly. Kasthuri delighted at the prospect of getting photographed by Swami came neately dressed and wore a big smile on the made up face. Swami focussed the camera to Kasthuri and cautioned him to smile. Kasthuri was already in his best of smiles(from ear to ear) and Swami clicked. A horrible looking creature pounced on Kasthuri from the camera. Kasthuri no doubt become panicky and somehow regained his composure while Swami had a hearty laugh at the discomfiture of Kasthuri. Sairam.
