Guest guest
Swami in several of his discourses and Bajans extols all the forms of God. He asks us to revere any name which is pleasing to us, revere any form which is liked by us but stick to that form come what may. He used to tell a jovial story. A man was worshipping Shiva. He adored the photo with beautiful flowers, offered incence etc. But his troubles seems to persist. One fine morning he thought about replacing the Shiva form with Lord Krishna. He continued his devotion and prayer to that beautiful form. But misfortunes do not come to an end so easily. Hence he had to change the photoes several times. One day he was offering incence to his new goddess. At that time he noticed that in the cup board there were few photoes of god head. He got worked up. He doesn't want the incence smell to be smelled by other forms of god. Hence he immediatly tied clothes around those photoes to prevent them from smelling the incence meant for the new goddess. At that time god manifested before him since he treated the photoes as real and hence he prevented them from smelling the incence. Hence learn to stick to one form, be it a Sai form or any other form. Sairam.
