Guest guest
We all rejoice in acquisitions. When we lose some thing out of the acquisition, we resent and lament. Why? It is the "Myness" which is the cause of Joy or Grief. To remain at Joy and Peace for ever, we have to go beyond the Duel nature of the world. If we remain indifferent to the pulls and pushes of the mind, and remain as a mute observer of our thoughts, then they won't agitate you any more. Hence it is said, "Yogaha, Chitta Vrutti Nirodaha" translated roughly, Yoga or Union with God is the Sublimation and removal of entire thought process. But can we achieve this condition easily? No, with persistant practice only, we can achieve the same. The mind (monkey) is very subtle. But if you give continuous work to it, then it will be absorbed in the work. Which is continuous and ever present? It is the name of God. Hence if you make your mind to repeat the name of God day and night, naturally the mind will be absorbed in it and there lies the liberation of the individual self. Sairam.
