Guest guest
As long as you consider yourself as the perishable body and unsteady mind, you will have to undergo intense sufferings due to attachement to the evanescent body and ephemeral mind. What we consume to day do not remain so the next day. Every moment every cell in the body renovate itself with complex process. Then how we can consider the body as permanant source of enjoyment. The body we had during our childhood is entirely different from the body we had during our youth. Now we are old and our faculties deteriorate one by one. Vision fails us. We are short of hearing. There is difficulty in sitting down and getting up. Only a mad man will put his faith on such a trivial thing. The mind is our friend and foe. At times, it tortures us with vacillating nature. We are shunted to the extremes by the unsteady mind. Hence Swami says, Body is a water bubble, Mind is a mad monkey. Hence do not repose your faith on this. Fix your mind on your SELF. Then only you can progress in the spiritual path. Let us also be indifferent to the mind and body and rely upon Sai.
