Great personalities remain obscure until the society recognize their greatness. Shirdi Baba remained thus. Shri Dasganu Maharaj by his discourses on saints and sages enabled many to throng to Shirdi for Dharsan of Baba. People who go there, benefitted from Saibaba's Dharsan, Sparsan and Sambashan. In south India, Saibaba's name started reverberating due to the earnest efforts of Pujya Shri B.V.Narasimha swamy, founder of All India Sai Samaj. Though he could not visit Shirdi during the life time of Baba, neverthless he was blessed profusely by Sai baba by several miracles. First he constructed a tatched abode for Saibaba. From contributions from the devotees and munificant people, it grew into leap and bound and now a magnanimus shrine adorn Baba's temple with a free dispensary, a children's school etc. Almost daily poor feeding takes place in the temple in Chennai(Mylapore). A marble statue adore the place. The benign grace filled eyes of Baba has to be imbibed in our memory. Sairam.
