Guest guest
What are agitations? When thoughts make you crazy, then they agitate you. Your inner poise is lost. You sway like a pendulum. It is said in Yoga Sasthras, "Yogaha Chitta Vrutti Nirodaha(Yoga is control of thought process). The mind should be anhilated. How? Mind is repository of thoughts. Thoughts stem from the 'i' feeling or Ego. Desires prompts. Hence to anhilate thought man must anhilate the Ego and become desireless. Is it humanly possible? Yes, even an elephant is made to do the bid of its keeper by training. Even a lion is made to sit on a stool in the circus by the ring master. When a ferocious animal like lion is made to obey the ring master, our mind also can be brought to obey our intellect. Shri Krishna says that with practice, mind can be made null and void. Hence we should be always centred on our immortal Self rather than this evanescent body and egoistic mind. Practice and become perfect. Sairam.
