Guest guest
CHAPTER 47 Inner silence awakens, when one willingly shuts himself off to the nervousness and chaos of the worldly influences. Learn, My child, to be calm in whatever you face, however unexpected it may come to you. Calmness is the control of one's own thoughts - thoughts that come from different directions, once one is faced with a threatful situation. When several thoughts arise at once and the power to control them becomes weak, then one faces the attack of inner chaos - the chaos, in which, one loses the power to reason and comprehend - the situation of life, My child, not only becomes the true burden then, but it is the weight of the fear and the worry that weighs you down, much more than the actual challenge. If life were to be constant, showering upon you only happiness, then each soul, My dear, would be liberated in one life time. Remember, always, that the Lord made the way of life unpredictable. He poured every weakness, every temptation, every challenge, every pain in this every exciting drama. Then, imparting a part of His own energy, He created the hero - the human to play the main role. This hero is born with the strength of all Gods - he comes - he arrives with the universal knowledge within him - he comes with the strength, not only to battle with time, but to conquer it. Yes! This hero of life comes with the constant awareness that he is bigger than any pain, he is fuller than any fear, he is the controller of life - destiny, he is the doer, he is the one that pays, he is the one that decides his own course, he is the strength that withstands every change - the Lord, O Sweet, is only the witness - Yes! The silent witness of his every choice. Derive, My child, the strength of staying calm from within. No one - no external source can ever control your unrestful mind. Peace will come, only when the inner self takes all control and changes the mind with its divine energy. Do not, My child, fall in love, pitifully, with your way of life. Love the Giver of life - respect and love the true liver within you. Those that attach themselves to the way of life, will fear, before the change comes. When the change finally comes, one has already lost all strength of the intellect by constant worry, hence, the change will appear as the monster that has come to grab all that you love and possess. With such hysteria in the mind, one reacts with the insanity that one is experiencing, and hence, the outcome of the change is, naturally, suffering. Remember, My child, that this suffering was predetermined by the mind, much before the change had even arrived. If life was a simple, straight road, then no one would lose their way. Know, My sweet, that life will always give you the choice of turning. At such a turning point, one must stay completely calm - one must be filled with the confidence for the inner self. In such a state, where the self - the heart, the conscience has complete authority, one will surely choose the right direction. Never be influenced by another's turn - lean upon your own intuition, have faith in your own choices. Do not be afraid to stand alone; if you have chosen the truth, realize, My child, that its strength is much mightier than the attack of any worldly loss. Do not be afraid, O sweet, to lose anything - those that oppose your battle to fight life with the truth, are truly the enemies in disguise of attachments. Be prepared to leave anything that hampers your way to God - the strength of such preparation will wither away every fear and will enwrap the mind in a cocoon of complete restfulness. All the decisions are in your hands. My hands are only to give you the strength of upliftment - My hands only hold yours, after you have chosen to come My way. If you choose the other way, I will wait, for I know that one day you will turn around - for the man that walks without My hand will never be touched by his own heart!Source : LIVING IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD (Volume II/Part I) Divine Messages received and recorded by Mrs Seema M Dewan
