CHAPTER

20 The evil of sin surrounds mankind, today. Selfish thoughts have crumbled the inner strength - desires have taken the lead of priority - impurity has become the reason to live - the reasoning, the purity and fearless action are hidden in the pits of delusion. How can man, in this state, ever know and find the God that exists not only in him, but truly manifests as him? How can he believe that the only difference between God and him is simply the awareness of the fact? Yes! For such a man, God will only be separate, and as long as one lives in this ignorance, one will never feel nor use the gifts of the Divine Goodness that fill his existence and bring him his

purpose. The time has come, My child, to change, or else, the lack and fear of change will make time, eventually, unbearable. The wrongs of today will haunt the hopes of tomorrow - the fear of uncertainty will fill the present with no promise - time will lengthen with the burdens of your wrongs - worries and anxieties will mar the body and scar the mind - and the unprepared life will await the footsteps of death with a shiver, for its task remains unknown and incomplete, until the very end. Time can withhold the given task, only if you are limited by the control of its grip. Free yourself, make His work your only priority - let your effort be endless - let the sun and the moon not delude you anymore. Day or night let the work continue. Rest only then, when He commands that the work is well done and finished. Until the breath remains - until the heart beats - know

that His work for you continues and there is more to come. Yes! There are a few more tears to shed, there are a few more smiles of joy to experience, a few more pains, a few more losses, a few more sacrifices, and with each step ahead, know that you have conquered one more evil. Every step counts, My child, and with every little distance you walk, you are closer to the land, where the heavens begin and where the misery of this world's ignorance ends! How can I convince you, My dear, of your purpose? The purpose will come, one day, when you realize that you have given life no meaning. The purpose will come, O sweet, when one finds that the fruits of his own desires are simply bitter. Know, My child, that the one that runs, will eventually, be breathless. Such is the race of one's own desires that leaves one, eventually, lifeless! Play the game of life with intelligence, My child!

Wait, Endure, Accept, and life's rewards will emerge - Persist, Face, Fight and life's fears will submerge. There is no life that is worthless - there is no attack that cannot be won - there is no fear that cannot be overcome - there is no evil, My child, that cannot be controlled and channeled! To be a soldier, one must find within the courage - the one with courage will hold the gun and will learn to fire - the self confidence of practice will let him march to the grounds where the battle awaits. A true warrior will never fear losing, for he learns at every step. Yes, he is aware that victory comes to those that wait, learn, practice, accept, face and fight. Be that soldier and make life the battlefield - to win, My child, you must fight - know and remember that the pain of facing your challenges is much smaller than that of fear. The defect is not in the Maker nor the making - the defect is in the
