Guest guest
Imperishable Gems - Nirlep What is Nirlep? Nirlep is a Sanskrit word which means, (the soul) without any coverings or tendency to adhere to any Karmas. Can any soul remain Nirlep? The human soul according to the karma or action it performs is named differently. There is Paap aatma (sinner), Punya aatma (philanthropist), Mahan aatma (elevated soul), and dharma aatma (religious soul one who establishes religion). The soul (aatma) is performing action through the body. That is why the name is given to the soul (aatma). God is called Param aatma (supreme soul). The human soul suffers and enjoys through the body as a reward for its cumulative actions performed so far through various physical bodies. God does not suffer. He has no physical body of His own. He is called ever blissful. Hence God never becomes impure. He is the only one Soul who remains as Nirlep for ever. On the contrary human souls constantly perform actions through their respective bodies. While performing actions through their body, due to passage of time, the soul incorrectly identify the self as physical body. When the soul identify the self as body it becomes body conscious and hence the soul will not experience the original quality of the self namely love, peace, happiness etc,all the time as it did before. The body conscious soul will not be able to give the experience of its original qualities to other fellow souls as well (while performing actions). Every human soul undergoes four different stages namely, Sato Pradhan, Sato, Rajo and Tamo. The nonphysical soul undergoes four different stages when it is overpowered by matter. The soul also does not experience its qualities always. Some times the soul experience the opposite of its natural qualities. The soul remains Nirlep only in the soul world. Supreme soul remains Nirlep all the time in all the three worlds. Raja Yoga enables the self to remain free from any sins (body conscious deeds) and Nirlep, by mentally linking the self with God, the supreme soul, with lots of love, while being in the body. Now or Never. Imperishable Gems - Meditation What are thoughts? Thought or thinking is a mental process, which allows human beings or human souls to model the world, and so to deal with it effectively according to their goals, plans, ends and desires. The five elements and animals and all species can not create thoughts. Only human souls and Supreme soul are capable of creating thoughts. Do we need language to create thoughts? Will newly born children (who do not have the knowledge of any language) create thoughts? We give an invisible shape to our feelings with the help of a more familiar language known to us, in our mind, and thus thoughts are created in our mind. Feelings convey information about situations, on both conscious and subconscious levels. The feeling of fear, for example, is an anticipation of injury in the body or mind, broadly defined. In healthy subjects, fear is triggered by stimuli that indicate the presence of risk or direct danger. Thinking is a form of energy. As energy can never be created or destroyed, but only changes form, human thinking is bound by the same laws of dynamics as all other forms of energy. Human beings are all born with an innate sense of positive and negative being-values. We are attracted to positive being-values such as justice, honesty, truth, beauty, humor, liveliness, power (but not abusive power), order (but not nit-picking), intelligence etc. Likewise, we are repulsed by injustice, death, ugliness, weakness, falseness, deceit, chaos, etc. In meditation, we take our mind to the abode of souls and God, the supreme soul. The abode of souls is called the soul world, silent world, incorporeal world etc. It is ever pure and remains always silent. In meditation, we visualize the self along with God as point of invisible eternal divine light. We create thoughts in the screen of our mind and visualize, feel those thoughts with the help of the intellect. I am a peaceful soul… I visualize myself as a point of light in front of God, (another point of light)… and feel that I am a peaceful soul…. considering God as ocean of Peace. In the same way…I am a loveful soul…I am child of God… who is ocean of Love. I am a blissful soul….I am Child of God…. who is ocean of Bliss. Through meditation we get the clarity about right and wrong. Through, meditation, one gains firmness and determination. Through meditation one realizes the truth. Raja Yoga Meditation enables everyone to acquire the strength, power, and clarity to become perfect divine beings by reducing the gap between thinking, saying and doing. Now or never.
