INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF VEDIC STUDIES

 

Applications are now being accepted for admission to the 6th standard only.

 

 

 

Applications are invited from parents /guardians of boys, of the ages 10-12

years. The candidates must have completed their primary schooling to the 5th

standard. This is a 12-year residential program, for the study of Veda -

Vedanta, in a very congenial and serene environment of the Himalayas.

 

 

 

This 12-year residential program is absolutely free of any costs to the

Aims and Objectives

 

 

 

1. Our aim is to prepare the boys for spreading the gospel of Vedic /

Bharatiya culture world-wide.

 

2. Upon completion of their studies, we shall expect the boys to serve the

organization to meet its aims and objectives. However there shall be no

compulsion and the boys shall be free to choose their own career at the end.

 

3. Those willing to serve the institution shall be given Sannyasa Diksha and

shall be encouraged to follow a program P.HD., which shall be totally funded

by the organization.

 

4. Boys shall also take regular examinations, which shall enable them to

earn an Acharya (M.A.) degree by the end of their studies.

 

5. First 12 months shall be treated as the probation period and any one

considered unsuitable to benefit from the program shall be asked to leave.

 

6. Anyone may discontinue their studies at any time, after proper

consultation with the head of the institution. However, once someone leaves

the program, he shall not be permitted to join the course of studies again

under any circumstance.

 

7. Ours is a Gurukula system of education, therefore the boys shall not be

permitted to go home during the course of their studies. However the parents

shall be allowed to visit the school occasionally.
