Guest guest
Dear adriane ~ could you tell me a bit about how the instruction for the IAM meditation goes, in terms of time and difficulty for one like me who is sick. There are teachers near where I live who periodically give the lessons at a hotel. Just that they do it that way makes me fearful that I would not have the stamina to go through it. Is it a whole day? Two? Are there breaks? If it's in a hotel would it be a good idea for me to get a room? Any light you can shed on this will be very much appreciated ~ Linda Adriane wrote: We are not in any disagreement at all. This is exactly right on. I don't think there is any one religion that is better than any others. And to know God we have to experience God. That is where Amma has even said just a glance from a Mahatma is worth 10 yrs of meditation. (In the book Torrential Love) I teach IAM and it's been a great gift from Amma though there are many forms of meditation as well...
Guest guest
Aum Namah shivaya Linda, Have no worries. IAM is VERY easy and anyone can do it! They go slow and I do not know how long they have it planned where you are. Some take a day and a half some can teach it all in one day. If you want, some teachers will teach you one on one although learning in a group is really nice because the more people meditating together the greater the benefit to all. I have found doing the group meditation just deepens the experience. Dive in. IF there is anything you find is not easy enough-although it is all fairly simple, they will show you what to do instead. It will not be too hard to do at all. in Her service and love adriane Ammachi , nierika wrote: > > Dear adriane ~ could you tell me a bit about how the instruction for the > IAM meditation goes, in terms of time and difficulty for one like me who is > sick.
