Dear A,

I have not watched these videos, but they seem to be slanted to a certain

judgment. Are you trying to help in a loving way by listening and teaching

around what you are hearing, or putting this into a category that lumps all

failed relationships together? The truth is that this situation is a very

dangerous situation as I have been told by many experts. These things happen all

the time in religious organizations. And need to be dealt with delicately and

with love. Ammachi and her inner circle have all been quite mean and

standoffish. We are all one and all human as far as I am concerned. It was

Ammachi's responsibility to protect each involved and to take care of each

appropriately. Her behavior quite often is just to say OK and let us do whatever

we want to do. If it is Dharmically wrong for one of her Bramachari's to have a

friendship with someone in the world then why is she encouraging it? She should

act with care and love at all times and teach

appropriately to the situation.

During the summer tour I watched all of the Bramachari's and Swami's interact

with the lay people very freely. This is what they do every year. Ammachi's

teachings are not clear, she teaches them to act one way in India, but does not

encourage them to retain their vows while traveling around the world to the

degree that they should be freely speaking to the people who visit and live in

the world. It is a sign of laziness in her teachings and a dangerous double

standard that is bound to come to a tragedy as it has in my life and others. I

know for a fact this has happened to other lay people. Ammachi should not travel

with renunciates globally or have them adhere to stricter rules. Either they

live in the world like you  and I and have the freedom to fraternize with all of

society, which they do, or they are truly representing a higher level of

humility and service for humanity to see, although that too is I think

unnecessary. As we do not need to see

what they are doing in there lives. I still feel Ammachi has taken on too much.

She should have remained a quiet guru in India for others to find her and study

quietly with her, or a saint who travels around the world giving her Darshan

like Mother Meera, who remains silent, and has no interest in personal

friendship and contact with the people that she is serving. Mother Meera shows

no interest at all in fact, in exposing her personality to humanity other than

to do her service and give grace. She is a rare avatar. Ammachi has watered down

the sacredness of her guru and her sainthood by her way of teaching and she has

created many dangers for those who live with and follow her.

Re: To Stacee

Namaste Stacee,

did you see my post on relationships youtube videos?

perhaps these will help

the thing is, there are so many problems/challenges in life

and failed relationships are some of the most difficult ones to handle

but there is only one way out

and that is to get over it

without blame, judgments, resentments, etc

we all realize, it's easier said then done,

but all our " preaching " and sharing is coming from heart

read my post " My Failed Relationship "

and what helped me 39 years ago

GOOD LUCK !

Part 2 & 3 are on relationship desires

Obsessive Burning Desires (Part 2) ~ Spoken by Mooji

not slanted at all,

Mooji himself has a girlfriend,

but, the message is that, in my POV,

if you first know yourself as LOVE,

which is your true nature,

then all relationships will be

from giving LOVE unconditionally

without any expectations

and not being hurt if things do not seem to work out

instead of depending on

the relationship to somehow create love,

usually called romantic love,

which it seems to do only temporarily

and then huge disappointment later, etc

also Don Miguel Ruiz's book " Mastery of Love "

is all about relationships

why most do not work

and understanding what makes relationships work

i know that this seems normal to be our expectation.

but apparently that's not how it works.

firstly, Amma/God will not go against our free-will.

only if we surrender completely, will God take over completely.

until, then challenges in accordance with our karma,

in accordance with the infallible golden rule,

will be our wordly guru to help us overcome

and grow in spiritual strength

this is my 2cent understanding at this time
